If something looks wrong in a record, confirm ownership, status, and the next step. Missing assignments and missing due dates are the most common reasons work stops moving.
Getting help faster
When contacting support, include the contact ID or thread ID and a short description of what you expected to happen. This helps us reproduce the issue and fix it quickly.
If you are testing an integration, confirm the API key, endpoint, and payload first. A small typo in an ID or missing header is often the cause.
